• The appointment time displayed is based on the business timezone. Please ensure you arrive on time.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete personal information when making a booking.
• You are responsible for arriving at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation at the provider's discretion.
• You must not use the booking service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

5. Acceptable Use

• Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the booking system
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Impersonate another person or provide false contact information

6. Pricing and Payments

Service prices displayed during the booking process are indicative. Haki Barbershop reserves the right to adjust pricing. Payment terms and methods are determined by the business and may be communicated separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haki Barbershop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the booking service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed appointments, or service unavailability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the service booked.
